Beautiful Bouquet Florist is a family owned and operated flower shop in Henderson, NV. We are a real brick-and-mortar local florist and when you call our shop, you will be speaking directly to an experienced floral designer and not an order gathering company.
From traditional to innovative designs, we provide the freshest flowers and the most attentive customer service. There is no bouquet big or small that we can’t create for you! We are passionate about our work and we hope that shows in our quality bouquets and personalized service.
Beautiful Bouquet Florist family ownership has spanned 3 generations. It was originally purchased by Elaine Miller and has since been passed along to her daughter and granddaughter who currently own the store. This floral shop is held near and dear to their hearts which shines through with the care and attention they put into it. To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 2 day prior to the following major holidays: Valentine's Day and Mother's Day.

Delivery Policy
A delivery fee will be added to each order and for each unique address. Local delivery fees are based on zip code. Our base delivery fee is $13.00 and additional fees will be added depending on location.
U.S. orders must be received before 1:00 pm in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.
We will do our best to accommodate delivery requests, however we cannot guarantee deliveries at specific times. Exceptions are made for funerals and weddings- these will be delivered at the time required by the venue.
Note: if no one is home during delivery attempt, the driver may leave the arrangement at an appartment office or neighbor. This is to prevent theft and exposure of perishable flowers to weather.
Substitution Policy
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value.
Additionally, the substitution of vases and keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
We will not honor recipients request for different flowers/arrangements than those that were ordered by the sender (customer).
Refund Policy
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority at Beautiful Bouquet! If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please give us a call immediately.
We offer our customers one of the longest freshness guarantees in the industry!
Included with all arrangements from our shop is a five-day freshness guarantee. If any of your flowers die within five days of the order requested delivery date, please give us a call. We will require that you bring the original arrangement (dead flowers included) and vase to the shop so we can replace them free of charge.
Limit one replacement per order. Management reserves the right to deny unreasonable requests.
We are unable to accept order cancelations any later than 24 hours before the delivery date.
This does not include weddings, events, or orders that required specialty flower purchases. If you are looking to cancel one of these orders, please call the shop to discuss your options.
If you are unhappy with any other aspect of your purchase, please contact the manager immediately. We will do our best to rectify the issue given original product (including all hardgoods/vase) and proof is provided.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE REFUNDS ONCE ORDER IS DELIVERED/LEAVES THE STORE.
